Dr. Zarzar is a man of wide and varied interests and broad clinical experience in dentistry. His many years of experience combined with a pleasant enthusiastic personality have made him an easy person for his colleagues and associates to relate to and interact with. He has the ability to communicate his vast experience and knowledge to clinicians and students in a meaningful practical and helpful way. Of equal importance are those credentials which Dr. Zarzar possesses as a human being paramount among them his commitment to honesty and integrity — both personal and intellectual.

As the driving force behind Camarlengo Dental Institute, Dr. Zarzar demonstrated outstanding initiative by crafting, engineering, and executing the institution's Dental Continued Education LIVE-patient implant training Program. Additionally, he spearheaded the development and implementation of the Community Dentistry Program, addressing critical oral health issues within minority communities.
Dr. Zarzar's visionary approach extended beyond traditional educational programs. He implemented best practices in marketing philanthropy for dental manufacturers, creating a self-sustainable business model that empowered the program while generating crucial support from donors and sponsors. His ability to inject funds, technology, consulting, and human resources into community projects showcased a comprehensive and collective social impact, addressing the root causes of a broken system.

My observation of Dr. Zarzar is that he has always demonstrated his exceptional organizational skills (e.g., Team Player, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Multitasking, Creative Thinking, Conflict Resolution, Positive Attitude, and Leadership), and has gone out of his way to help with our dental operations allowing my staff to be more efficient and productive so that the quality of care we provide to the dentally underserved children and their caregivers in the local community is exceptional.

Dr. Zarzar is a dentist, a trained periodontologist, a trained prosthodontist and an active trainer in oral implantology. His trainees are dentists who become successful implantologists, are dental practitioners from the US, Europe and Latin America. He has teamed up with pioneers to facilitate and provide multiple live patient training in the Americas.
